This is a rather unique and rare find from the Gamma
quadrant of the galaxy. The Peacekeeper III hails from the Galfaxian Empire
which has been extinct some thousand years now. Used primarily by their police
force on their home planet of Galtron , their tactical doctrine was to
disintegrate a suspect’s vehicle whilst leaving the occupant unscathed for
future interrogation. Apparently the Galfaxians found the clerical work of
impounding vehicles a bit of a bore. As evident by the settings on the gauge
for cars, light trucks and buses, one would assume that the improper mode
selection would have probably resulted in a catastrophic closure to an ongoing
case.
