Moon Racer No.2

Moon Racer #2, The Cosmic Corsair, 11", 2026

(aluminum fence post cap, tin can, mixer flange dial, metal springs, aluminum tubing, cable connectors, copper tubing adapter, bearing hub assembly, etc.)

It was a crazy time back when this undocumented (until now) physics be damned race to the moon event happened. Dr Frieda VanGumpton, architect and captain of The Cosmic Corsair, had theories about using spinning as a way to stabilize the craft as it headed towards Luna. Unfortunately, due to the excessive RPMs, the crew spent the entire trip plastered to the walls of the ship. Upon landing on the moon they could only walk in circles for the duration of their visit. Dr. VanGumpton would later go on to become the mother of artificial gravity
