Sometimes I challenge myself to create a subject solely with parts I have on hand. I was recently inspired by a request to make a turtle (more specifically a tortoise) and I really racked my brain to find a part that would make a suitable shell. I finally fell upon the front end of a clamping bed light that had a huge magnifying lens in it. What a perfect way to highlight it's internal works!
